        Property Information

         

When purchasing one or more properties, we supply you with a
          purchase agreement, a yearly statement, title insurance and a warranty deed
          upon final payment.

          All properties are more or less 5 acres or those with AG Wells may be 6 acres.
          AG wells are existing and will require a meter when placed in service.
          In house water well permits are available for each parcel though the 
          State of Colorado Water Resource Department.
          Most water wells, when drilled are approximately 100 feet, depending upon the location. 
          The water is excellent quality.

          All parcels do require septic systems and leach fields. 
          All properties are approximately 20 miles to shopping.
          Permits are required for septic systems, plumbing, electrical and building.
          All properties are located in rural settings and have county maintained roads to the 
          subdivisions or into the subdivisions.

          Some of the lots are far from conventional power and many of the residents
          use alternative powers systems such as solar and wind systems to supply their
          annual energy needs.

          The San Luis Valley is a farming and ranching community and is developing into a major center of renewable
          energy production within the US.
